Additionally, she is passionate about TMS treatment, working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and patients looking for assistance with deprescribing long-term medications. She believes that effective mental healthcare begins with listening, understanding each person’s unique experiences, and developing a collaborative treatment plan around your needs.
Loretta’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, holistic care, culturally responsive care, and collaborative decision-making. She strives to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their mental health journey.
Outside of clinical practice, Loretta enjoys playing pickleball, crocheting, and reading while spending quality time with her wannabe therapy cats at home. She is passionate about TMS treatment, mental health advocacy, patient education, reducing stigma, improving access to care, and helping patients feel heard on their mental health journey.
