Christine Slocum, PMHNP-BC

Christine Slocum is a ANCC Certified PMHNP, practicing since 2006. She attended University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing for her Master’s in Nursing. Christine later received a post-master’s certification from William Paterson University.

Christine specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adults for a variety of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety disorders, depression disorders, schizophrenia, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, ASD, bipolar disorders, and alcohol use disorder. Christine Slocum has a special interest in patient-centered psychiatry. Christine is a staunch believer in the integration of mental health treatment with other medical specialties, and she hopes to continue to support people in identifying and working toward their goals.

Christine enjoys time with family, usually accompanied by a good meal and lots of laughter. Christine also enjoys travelling, visiting museums, and learning about history. When she needs to recharge, Christine can be found reading, preferably with one of her pets snoozing nearby.
