Ashley is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based at Clearwave Mental Health’s Nanuet office

Ashley works with individuals who are seeking change and open to self-exploration, even if they’re unsure where to start. Ashley treats people across the lifespan, beginning at age 15, and supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, C-PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, addiction, and life transitions.

With a background in psychiatry, primary care, geriatrics, and palliative medicine, Ashley is experienced in working with individuals who have co-occurring mental and physical health challenges, including complex medication needs. Her approach combines thoughtful prescribing, evidence-based therapeutic strategies, lifestyle guidance, and referrals to other modalities when helpful. Ashley’s training has primarily been in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—she doesn’t use either model exclusively, but weaves in elements of both to support practical skills, insight, and emotional regulation.

Ashley still engages in ongoing professional learning and peer collaboration so she can continue to refine my skills and offer the most informed, up-to-date care.
