Clearwave Mental Health is New York’s premier psychiatric and TMS provider group. Clearwave is a comprehensive outpatient mental health practice that strives to provide compassionate, personalized, and innovative mental health treatment for each patient. Clearwave Mental Health was the first psychiatric practice in the Hudson Valley to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS Therapy) – a non-invasive treatment for drug-resistant depression.
At Clearwave Mental Health, we specialize in interventional and integrative psychiatric care. Clearwave is led by Randy I. Pardell, MD, DLFAPA, who has been serving the New York mental health community for more than three decades. In 1988 Dr. Pardell completed his residency in psychiatry in NYC and moved to the Hudson Valley Region.
Dr. Pardell opened his first office in Poughkeepsie at the former St. Francis Hospital. Subsequently Dr. Pardell moved his office to Lincoln Avenue in 1990 and then on to South Avenue in Poughkeepsie in 1994 where he formed Riverview Psychiatric Medicine a comprehensive group psychiatric practice that sought to treat patients’ mental health with medication management and psychotherapy
In 2003, Dr. Pardell moved his office to 370 Violet Avenue, Poughkeepsie, New York, where Clearwave still has its Poughkeepsie office today. In 2009, Dr. Pardell first introduced TMS therapy to his practice and later formed the TMS Center of the Hudson Valley.
In 2022, Clearwave Mental Health opened its first office in Westchester County in Mt. Kisco, New York. In February 2023, Clearwave expanded and moved the Westchester office to 115 East Stevens Avenue, Suite 108, Valhalla, New York, where Clearwave still has its Westchester office today.
In August 2023, Clearwave expanded to Orange County by opening the 3rd office at 75 Crystal Run Rd, Suite 103 in Middletown, New York.
In February 2024, Clearwave expanded to Rockland County by opening the 4th office at 25 Smith St, Suite 314 in Nanuet, New York.
In August 2024, Clearwave expanded to Nassau County and Long Island by opening the 5th location at 300 Garden City Plaza, Suite 314 in Garden City, NY.
In November 2024, Clearwave expanded to Albany County and the Capital Region by opening the 6th location at 3 Lear Jet Lane, Suite 203S in Latham, NY
