Judy Dulberg is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received a BA degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College and a BSN degree from New York University. She has a MA degree in Disability Studies from the City University of New York and earned her MSN in Nursing from Russell Sage College and was inducted to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Judy began her nursing career at NYU Medical Center and moved to research nursing, having been part of teams addressing research in wound healing, cancer, and Hepatitis C in veterans.She has also worked for organizations associated with the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities and Office of Mental Health with children and adults with disabilities. Most recently she was the Behavioral Health supervisor for a home health agency in the Hudson Valley.

Judy is a writer and has published several articles in the field of nursing. In her practice Judy strives to give individualized care with meaningful, supportive, therapeutic rapport and communication.
