RIVERVIEW PSYCHIATRIC MEDICINE, PC OFFICE IS OPEN FOR TELEMEDICINE:
The COVID-19 pandemic is upon us and Clearwave Mental Health Medicine, PC is updating our policy. We have transitioned to full telemedicine/virtual visits as of Thursday March 19, 2020 and will not be seeing patients in the office for the near future until the pandemic is contained. We have also suspended our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation program. We will inform our patients of when we will be restarting our full complement of services and opening our office for patient care.
VIRTUAL VISITS
Clearwave Mental Health Medicine, PC is offering Virtual Mental Health Visits. It is a good way to get the medical care you need without an office visit. To use Zoom Cloud meetings, download the App on your iPhone, iPad, tablet, android smartphone, PC/Mac computer and register. Once registered, we will provide you a meeting number for your clinician and/or will send you an email invitation to remind you of the virtual visit. Prior to your visit, just enter the meeting number or just push the link from the email or enter the meeting code and Join the Meeting and the Virtual visit will start. We are also offering visits through FaceTime for those patients who have iPhones, iPads for Mac computers. We are also offering telephone sessions for those patients who don’t have the option for telemedicine.
Our staff will be calling you to obtain credit card authorization so that copays and payments can be processed. Call our offices at 845-471-1807 to schedule a Virtual Mental Health Visit. We will walk you through the process. Our administrative staff will be providing services both in office and virtually throughout the crisis and will respond to your calls in a timely manner. Our clinicians can be reached through the office phone number, or through our website at riverviewpsychiatric.com and messages can be left on the Contact page. Also for patients enrolled in the Patient Fusion Portal messages can be left for our clinical staff directly on our Practice Fusion Electronic Health Record.
