October 28th was a historic day for Clearwave Psychiatry and TMS Medical! We proudly held our first-ever Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at our brand-new New Rochelle location, marking our 8th location overall and our second in Westchester. The celebration was a wonderful moment, bringing together our team and community leaders to celebrate expanded mental health access.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the City of New Rochelle, the Chamber of Commerce, and our dedicated staff who made the day possible. The event was made even more special by inspiring speeches from our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Pardell, and CEO, Connor Pardell, who represented the heart and mission of Clearwave. We are especially grateful to Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert and her team for joining us and showing their support for this important milestone.
This new location represents an exciting opportunity for Clearwave to expand access to vital mental health treatments and raise awareness throughout New Rochelle. We are committed to serving this community and look forward to making a positive impact for years to come.
A Strong Start in New Rochelle
Since opening our doors, the response from the community has been incredibly positive. In our first month, we have already begun treating 7 active patients, with 4 new patients starting their journey with us in October alone. As we continue to onboard new staff and expand our services, we expect our site to grow and help even more individuals and families in the area.
Expanding Access to Mental Healthcare

TMS Now Covered by NYS Medicaid
A significant development for mental healthcare access is that Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is now a covered service under New York State Medicaid, as well as all Managed Medicaid health insurance plans in our region. This is a game-changer for many individuals who previously could not afford this innovative treatment for depression. If you or a loved one are covered by Medicaid and have been struggling with depression, we encourage you to explore TMS as a potential option at our New Rochelle location.
Psychiatry Services Covered by Medicare
We are also excited to share that Clearwave is now in-network with Medicare for our psychiatry services. This expansion allows us to provide essential psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy, to Medicare beneficiaries. Our goal is to ensure that older adults and other eligible individuals have access to the comprehensive mental health support they need.
TMS for Adolescents (Ages 15+)
Mental health challenges don’t just affect adults. With rising rates of depression among young people, effective and accessible treatment options are more important than ever. TMS is FDA-cleared for individuals aged 15 and older and is becoming a more prevalent treatment for adolescents struggling with depression.
