Our Story
Clearwave’s clinical leadership is rooted in decades of psychiatric care in New York. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Randy Pardell began serving patients in the Hudson Valley after completing his psychiatric residency in New York City, helping build the foundation for a practice centered on thoughtful, personalized care. Over time, that commitment expanded into a multi-location mental health group serving communities across the state.
Innovation has always been part of that growth. TMS therapy became part of the practice in 2009 and remains a core offering for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other conditions for which interventional psychiatry may be appropriate. Today, Clearwave continues to expand access to modern psychiatric care while staying grounded in patient-centered treatment.

Meet Dr. Randy Pardell, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Randy Pardell is a board-certified psychiatrist and Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has advanced training in psychopharmacology and transcranial magnetic stimulation and has held leadership roles in the Clinical TMS Society and the Foundation for the Advancement of Clinical TMS. His career has focused on combining clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate patient care.
