Randy Pardell, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Pardell is a board-certified psychiatrist and Distinguished Lifetime Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa), and the New York University School of Medicine (Alpha Omega Alpha). Dr. Pardell was Chief Resident at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, NY and a post-doctoral fellow at Columbia University School of Medicine. He completed, with distinction, the Neuroscience Educational Institute Master Pharmacology Program, the Harvard Medical School Berenson-Allen Brain Stimulation Center Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University School of Medicine. In 2021, Dr. Pardell was elected as the President of the Clinical TMS Society and in 2022, became a founding member of the Foundation for the Advancement of Clinical TMS. 

A highly regarded national lecturer, Dr. Pardell has educated physicians and mental health professionals on the latest breakthroughs and treatments for psychiatric disorders. Since 2010, Dr. Pardell had been voted a Top Doctor by Castle-Connolly/US News and World Report. He is a recipient of the Patient Choice Award and chosen for Compassionate Doctor Recognition.

Kimberly Robinson, M.D. Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, PLLC

Kimberly Robinson, MD is the owner and operator of Kimberly Robinson, M.D. Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, PLLC, who is contracted by Clearwave Psychiatry P.C to treat patients.  Dr. Robinson is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Pediatrics, and currently residing in Orange County, NY.  She attended Medical School at Albany Medical College where she graduated with a distinction in Bioethics.  She completed a Triple Board Residency Program at the University of Kentucky, and additionally completed a Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapy program for 2 years through the Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute.  After residency she moved back to NY, where she has been practicing for the last 7 years.

Dr. Robinson specializes in evaluation and treatment of both children, adolescents and adults for a variety of psychiatric disorders, including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dr. Robinson has a special interest in women’s health, trauma informed care, attachment, and integrative psychiatry.

 

Randy-Pardell

Yesie Yoon, M.D. of Maum Psychiatry 

Yesie Yoon, MD is the owner and operator of Maum Psychiatry, who is contracted with Clearwave Psychiatry P.C. to treat patients. Dr. Yoon has over ten years of experience as a pediatrician and child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has held various clinical, educational, and administrative leadership positions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Children’s of Alabama, and Montefiore Medical Center since graduating from the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital/University of Cincinnati’s combined pediatrics, child psychiatry, and adolescent psychiatry program (“triple board program”) in 2016.

Dr. Yoon’s previous positions include director of the pediatric inpatient consultation-liaison service, director of the outpatient psychiatric consultation clinic, director of quality improvement, attending psychiatrist at the JE and ZB Butler Center, and attending psychiatrist at Montefiore Einstein Psychiatry Associates (MEPA). She also earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety and additional relational psychotherapy training. 

Dr. Yoon is passionate about integrative psychiatry, quality improvement, innovations in child and adolescent psychiatry, and teaching/learning through collaborative teamwork, in addition to providing high-quality psychiatric care.

Ms. Hershkowitz has been immersed in mental health nursing for over 25 years. She was employed on the inpatient mental health units at Benedictine Hospital and then at St. Francis Hospital.

Terri Coonrad-Hershkowitz, NP-P is the owner and operator of Terri Coonrad-Hershkowitz Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, P.C., which is contracted to treat patients by Clearwave Psychiatry P.C. Ms. Hershkowitz completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at the State University of New York at New Paltz, and then received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from the Russell Sage College in Troy, New York.

Dr. Wilson, owner and operator of Wilson Psychiatry P.C., is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He received his degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from New York Medical College where he holds the position of Assistant Professor of Psychiatry

Kenneth Wilson, MD is the owner and operator of Wilson Psychiatry P.C., which is contracted to treat patients by Clearwave Psychiatry, P.C.  Dr. Wilson completed his psychiatric residency training at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center where he was appointed Chief Resident and went on to complete a fellowship in Public Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center. He has lead the Emergency Services and Consultation and Liaison Services at a number of medical centers in New York City including St. Vincent’s Hospital. Prior to joining Clearwave, Dr. Wilson was the Director of the Department of Psychiatry at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a division of Health Quest Medical Practice. Dr. Wilson has a special interest in the interaction between physical health and psychiatric illness, including psychosomatic medicine. Dr. Wilson is the Past President of the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Society and active as a Legislative Representative to the American Psychiatric Association.

Iris A. Grett, PMHNP-BC

Iris A. Grett is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Iris attended SUNY Delhi University receiving her BSN obtaining her second masters degree from Sage University as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Iris is utilizes her philosophy of empathy, individual worth, ethics and diplomacy to make a positive difference with her patients.

Iris attended SUNY Delhi University receiving a BSN Degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude while also being inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. From there, Iris graduated from Grand Canyon University receiving a master’s degree in nursing leadership within Health Care Organization before receiving her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner masters from Sage University.

Prior to working as a nurse practitioner, Iris spent time working in mental health as a registered nurse working in substance abuse and community hospitals. Iris moved her way up as a director within nursing leadership spearheading a Behavioral Health Home Care Program for a prestigious Certified Home Health Agency serving NYC and the Hudson Valley.

For the past six years, Iris has been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner where she enjoys working with individuals to make a positive difference with the goal of positive outcomes in their lives, with their families, and within their communities.

Wilson

Ellyn Enisman LCSW, LLC

Ellyn Enisman, owner and operator of Ellyn Enisman LCSW, LLC, is a Licensed Master of Social Work and a Certified Career Coach.

She brings to her practice advanced training and experience in counseling and over 20 years of corporate and individual coaching experience. She has held both leadership and management positions in industry as well.

Ellyn Enisman LCSW is the owner and operator of Ellyn Enisman LCSW, LLC, which is contracted to treat patients by Clearwave Psychiatry, P.C. Ms. Enisman partners with clients in a collaborative process to support them through life and career transitions and help them develop fulfilling personal and work relationships. Through counseling, she works proactively to help clients move forward through a process of self-discovery that can reduce emotional suffering and create positive change.

Terri Coonrad-Hershkowitz

Beth Alter, LCSW-R

Ms. Alter received her Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1981. Following her Master’s she worked for Vermont Children’s Aid Society, for 8 years. She developed school based counseling services in rural communities and worked within the adoption community with pregnancy teens considering placing their babies for adoption.

More About Beth Alter

She has worked for Dutchess County for the past thirty three years and retired in July of 2019. She was the Director of Acute Behavioral Health Services, overseeing HELPLINE (24 hour Crisis Call or Text line), the Community based and Hospital Mobile Teams, the Dutchess County Trauma Team and the newly opened Dutchess County Stabilization Center. She has done work in both the substance use field and with mental health services, both with youth and adults. She has served on the board of the Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and is a member of the Dutchess County Steering Committee on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.

She was the liaison from the Dutchess County Behavioral Health services to the county’s Emergency Operational Center. She has been the mental health member of the Crisis Emergency Response Team for 10 plus years. She was a member of the Dutchess County Crisis Intervention Team Steering Committee, as well as a trainer for law enforcement.

Ms. Alter has coordinated numerous trainings for the provider community over the years, including facilitating trainings on trauma, recovery and resiliency. She is a trainer for both adult and youth Mental Health First Aid.
