Our approach
Clearwave brings psychiatry, therapy, and advanced treatments such as TMS and Spravato® together within one care network. This allows our clinicians to offer more options and coordinate care when a single treatment has not provided enough relief.
OUR STORY
From one Hudson Valley practice to a statewide care network
1994
The practice begins
Dr. Randy Pardell establishes Riverview Psychiatric Medicine in Poughkeepsie, providing psychiatric care and psychotherapy to Hudson Valley patients.
2003
A permanent home in Poughkeepsie
The practice moves to 370 Violet Avenue, which remains an important Clearwave clinical location today.
2009
TMS comes to the Hudson Valley
Dr. Pardell introduces TMS treatment to the practice, establishing one of the region’s earliest dedicated TMS programs.
2022-2023
Expanding beyond the Hudson Valley
The organization expands into Westchester and Orange counties and brings its growing network together under the Clearwave Mental Health name.
2024-2026
Growth across New York
Clearwave expands to 9+ locations and additional New York regions including Long Island, the Capital Region, and Central New York, increasing access to psychiatry, TMS, and Spravato® across the state.

Dr. Randy Pardell
MD
Board-certified psychiatrist with over 35 years of experience in New York, and a national leader in TMS. Dr. Pardell is a past President of the Clinical TMS Society and founding member of the Foundation for the Advancement of Clinical TMS.

MD
Dr. Hussain is a board-certified psychiatrist. He completed medical training at the University of Saskatchewan, with psychiatry training at the University of Alberta.

MD
Dr. Robinson is Triple Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Pediatrics, and has completed fellowships in Integrative Psychiatry.
